SESI-25 Precise 3D Printer Filament Extrusion Line is composed of an Automatic Material Loading and Drying System, a Lab Precise Single Screw Extruder, a Die, a Water Heating & Cooling Tank, a Water Cooling Tank, a Filament Storage Rack, a Dryer, a Haul-off Machine, a Laser Diameter Measuring Instrument, a Two-Station Automatic Winder, and a PLC Touching Screen Control System. It is suitable to produce precise 3D printer filament with 1.75mm diameter and 3mm diameter. It is applicable for PLA, ABS, TPU, PEEK, and other plastic materials.
